Stephanie brings over 30 years of extensive experience in HR management to our team, having worked with large corporate companies and smaller businesses alike.
Her expertise encompasses recruitment, staffing, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, compliance, leadership training, and employee engagement.
Previously, Stephanie served as the Director of Human Resources at Embassy Suites Hotel with Atrium Hospitality, overseeing a staff of 175+ employees. In this role, she managed all HR activities including employment, recruiting, compensation, labor relations, training, and development. Stephanie also conducted new hire orientations and annual training on topics such as Diversity and Inclusion and Anti-Harassment, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of associates and legal compliance with state and federal requirements.
Stephanie holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) through AHLA. She furthered her education by obtaining a Human Resources Management Certificate from Duke University and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

- I have been to 28 Grateful Dead concerts. Some of the best times in my life where I met so many amazing, kind, free spirited people. (I even saw Walter Cronkite my first show in DC.)
